Do I need a card to start?
No. Your 7-day trial starts immediately after signup with no payment details required.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace moves to the Free plan — the widget keeps working with Free limits (seats, conversation cap, and conversion tools as configured). We'll email you when that happens. Upgrade anytime from Billing.
How do I pay?
Subscriptions are processed securely through Paystack. You can pay with card, bank transfer, or USSD.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscribe or change plans from Billing in your dashboard. You can stop renewing whenever you are ready — there is no lock-in beyond the current paid period.
